Eliza Frost is a freelance journalist, editor and social media manager based in London, who specialises in food, drink and culture, as well as the arts, local business news and education. She is a gold standard NCTJ-qualified journalist with over 10 years of experience. Eliza was the editor of The Bermondsey Biscuit and Rotherhithe Docker for three years, and editor of The South Londoner and Greenwich and Lewisham Weekender for over a year. She was freelance editor of SCREENSHOT for several months, writing about culture, trends and Gen Z dating, and was also a regular contributor to events technology company HeadBox, covering all things London – from tasty eats and the city’s best martinis to music and things to do.
